GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE

The products purchased on La Cicogna Firme are sold directly by La Cicogna Firme, an Italian company, with headquarters in Via Scopari 5 , VAT number: IT06543461211 . The offer and sale of products on the La Cicogna Firme website are governed by these General Conditions of Sale.

The General Conditions of Sale may be periodically updated; those published on La Cicogna Firme accepted at the time of check out are considered effective and binding. Please read the terms and conditions of sale carefully before proceeding with the purchase.

How to purchase:

For each product chosen, a descriptive sheet is displayed, with the image and essential characteristics, for example: color, size, unit price. The images and colors of the products offered for sale on La Cicogna Firme may not correspond to the actual ones due to the Internet browser and/or monitor used. La Cicogna Firme is not responsible for any inaccuracies due to a particular computer configuration or malfunction.

Product Availability:

the products offered for sale and the relative price are those indicated on La Cicogna Firme. If, at the time of the order, the products are not available, the corresponding size is not displayed or hidden (not selectable).

If, due to simultaneous purchase by several customers, the ordered product is no longer available, an order cancellation email will be sent. La Cicogna Firme may change the products offered for sale on La Cicogna Firme and their prices at any time and without notice.

Product price:

The price of each item is indicated in Euro. The shipping cost is indicated before payment.

Order:

Placing a purchase order implies knowledge of these general conditions of sale and their unconditional acceptance.

Orders can be placed either as a guest or after registering and/or creating a personal Customer account.

Orders are filled out following the steps and instructions specified on the site. The sale and/or distribution of products purchased on La Cicogna Firme is prohibited. La Cicogna Firme reserves the right to evaluate the acceptance of orders received. La Cicogna Firme will communicate to the customer via email any inability to accept orders received.

Order Confirmation:

At the time of conclusion of the purchase, the Customer receives written confirmation of the product ordered, the amount to be paid, with the details of the price of the product and shipping costs.

Payment Methods:

La Cicogna Firme accepts the following payment methods:

- Credit/debit card (including Poste-Pay)
- Paypal
- Scalapay (Pay in 3 installments)

La Cicogna Firme accepts payments made with credit and debit cards from the Visa, Mastercard, Maestro circuits.

Any other payment methods may be accepted exclusively at the discretion of La Cicogna Firme.

NB

As per our company policy regarding returns, we do not issue refunds in cash but only in goods or vouchers of equal or greater value to be spent in our online store or shop within 60 days of issue (method to be agreed with the firm stork).

Returns are not permitted and this rule is deemed accepted by the buyer at the time of purchase.
