Returns and Shipping
La Cicogna Firme intends to guarantee the complete satisfaction of its Customers, offering them the possibility of returning one or more items and receiving a refund equal to the price of the returned items in the form of an exchange of goods or with shopping vouchers if the exchange is not possible.
NO CASH REFUNDS ARE MADE EXCEPT IN EXCEPTIONAL CASES
The return must necessarily take place at the expense and under the responsibility of the Customer within 15 days of delivery and only on condition that the returned items are intact and never used.
Returns are not permitted and this rule is deemed accepted by the buyer at the time of purchase.
RETURN CONDITIONS
To send one or more returns to La Cicogna Firme, the Customer is required to comply with specific conditions:
A) - All items on sale on the La Cicogna Firme website are delivered to the Customer with the authenticity tag.
The item should be tried on without removing the tag.
The return will be accepted only with the authenticity tag perfectly intact, which can be a plastic seal with relative thread or, in the case of some footwear, a label placed on the sole.
Returns with the security seal cut, broken, detached, removed or tampered with will not be accepted under any circumstances.
B) - The items to be returned must not have been worn, ironed, washed or treated in any way.
C) - Items must necessarily be returned in the same conditions in which they were shipped to the Customer and must be packaged and wrapped appropriately.
D) - All other labels on the item, whether fabric or hanging, must be intact and under no circumstances removed from the item.
E) - The goods to be returned must be physically delivered exclusively to the Express Courier within and no later than 15 days from the delivery date.
F) - The Customer who wishes to change size, colour or item must contact La Cicogna Firme at +39 081 827 4528.
G) - Returns of underwear items will not be accepted.
In the event of failure to comply with one of the above conditions, La Cicogna Firme reserves the right to not accept the returned goods and to send them back to the Customer at the latter's expense.
THE RETURN PROCEDURE
A) To request return authorization, the Customer must send a request to info@lacicognafirme.com within 15 days of receiving the goods or contact the store directly by calling +39 081 827 4528.
The email must specify the codes of the items you wish to return.
Once the return request has been received, La Cicogna Firme customer service will contact the customer by telephone or email to agree on the type of return (Size Change, Product Type or Voucher in the form of a Discount Code).
Do not send the return yourself and not before having made arrangements with La Cicogna Firme.
TYPES OF RETURN
A) Size or item change to be agreed with Cicogna.
In this case the customer will prepare the package with the item to be returned in the same packaging received or in a neutral one, noting the return address:
The Stork, Via Scopari 5, 80047 San Giuseppe Vesuviano (NA)
We will take care of sending the courier to whom the customer will deliver the package with the item to be exchanged and the cost of shipping (to be paid in cash).
Please note: the shipping cost will be charged to the customer.
B) In the absence of an item to be replaced, a discount voucher of equal value to the item will be issued, which can be spent on the site within 60 days of issue.
The return shipment will be at the customer's expense.
La Cicogna Firme is not responsible for any loss or damage due to inadequate packaging or delay in delivery.
All returned items will be inspected by La Cicogna Firme staff who will verify compliance with the conditions and parameters listed in the return procedure. La Cicogna Firme reserves the right to assess additional charges that may be necessary to ensure the re-sale of returned items.
These amounts will be established at the end of the evaluation of the conditions of the returns and communicated to the Customer.
SHIPPING
La Cicogna Firme ships to Italy and all over the world exclusively through the following express couriers:
Shipping is free ALL OVER ITALY for orders over €150, otherwise a €10 fee will be applied. For Europe: €35. For the rest of the world: €90.
All goods shipped by La Cicogna Firme are carefully packaged.
Together with the shipped goods, La Cicogna Firme will insert the invoice/receipt in the package indicating in detail the prices and discounts applied, even in the case of sales.
ORDER EVASION
All properly filled and paid orders will be processed within two working days.
Shipments leave from La Cicogna Firme, (Italy), only on working days, from Monday to Friday, from 9.00 to 17.30.
Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Tuesday.
TRACK YOUR SHIPMENT ONLINE
La Cicogna Firme offers its customers a shipping service that can be tracked at any time, thanks to the service provided by our courier.
The Customer will receive an email confirming the shipment of the goods with the code (Tracking Number) provided by the courier which will allow him to check the progress of the goods at any time.
WORLDWIDE SHIPPING
Shipments may be DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid), depending on the shipping address.
DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) shipping is for non-EU or non-Schengen countries, not subject to VAT/TVA payment on the purchase price.
DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery times depend on the destination areas of the products. ITALY (DDP): delivery is approximately expected within two days from shipment. European EU countries (DDP): delivery is approximately expected within three working days from shipment. European countries outside the EU (DDU): delivery is approximately expected within three working days from shipment. Rest of the World: delivery is approximately expected up to 5-7 days from shipment with Express Service.
NB. Shipping delays are not attributable to Cicogna Firme if they depend on the carrier due to strikes or force majeure.
DELIVERY CONDITIONS
Once the goods have been delivered, it is the Customer's responsibility to carefully inspect the package before signing the delivery document.
If the package appears to be tampered with or not intact, the Customer can sign the delivery document with reservation or refuse delivery.
Any anomalies must be promptly reported to La Cicogna Firme, by sending an email to our customer service.
If the Customer refuses delivery of the goods, any shipping costs necessary for returning the package to La Cicogna Firme will be deducted from the refund due to the Customer.
If for any reason the shipment is not delivered to the address provided by the Customer at the time of registration, the package will be returned to La Cicogna Firme at the expense of the Customer. In this case, La Cicogna Firme will deduct this amount from any refund due to the Customer.
